'Howl'oween Charity Event

When:  November 1st, 2009  ~ 12:00 -  4:00 p.m.

Where:  H3 Pet Supply    ~  350 Bridgeport Avenue ~ Shelton ~ CT

Join us at the second annual 'Howl'oween Charity Event in support of the national Presents 4 Pets (P4P) campaign.
Costume Contest & Dog Fun Match Dress up your dog in his finest costume for the costume contest! Is your dog just the best?  Let him strut his stuff at the Dog Fun Match!  There will be ribbons and prizes in categories such as Best Costume, Waggiest Tail, Best Kisser, Cutest Dog, Best Puppy and many more  . . .
Vendors There will be vendors of pet-related products and services available for you to view and purchase from.
Refreshments There will be soda and water available for purchase.  Additionally, there is a great Italian Pizza joint located right on the premises!
Rescue Groups There will be several rescue groups providing information about their efforts, as well as about animals available for adoption.
Presents 4 Pets This event is being held in support of Presents 4 Pets.  All proceeds will be donated to local animal shelters to help animals in need. Click here for details on Presents 4 Pets.

Event Supporters

• Would you like to help animals in need by donating goods or services needed to make this event a success?  Become an event supporter!

• Some of the items needed are as follows:

• Gift baskets and certificates for prizes

• Treats and new toys for prizes

• Soda/Water for volunteers and to sell

• Host a P4P collection box at your business location to collect donations of items for local shelters

We are also currently seeking the following for our 2009 event:

• Vendors - Do you have a pet-related item that you would like to showcase to hundreds of animal lovers?  Join us by vending at this event!
• Rescue Groups - Are you a rescue group that would like to provide information about your group to the general public?  Join us by having a booth at this event!
• Judges - Are you a local media personality or town dignitary?  We are looking for 'A Few Good People' to act as judges during the Dog Show portion of the event.
• Supporters - Are able to help us by donating goods and services such as refreshments, printing, etc. to the event?
• Volunteers - Would you like to help us host this event in order that we can raise as much as possible in donation to animals in need?  We need volunteers to help run the event.
